NIP + FAB - Collective Review

I'm quite new to the NIP + FAB scene but I'm loving it so far! The thing that brought me here was when I was ambling around Debenhams and came across their sale section, which I'm surprised has taken me this long to discover and saw the discount going - a full size NIP + FAB multi-fix oil, a mini dry skin fix body butter in pistachio sundae and a mini dry skin fix body butter in coconut latte for £5.40! Despite not knowing much about the brand, except having heard Fleur de Force say that this particular pistachio body butter was a great dupe of the Laura Mercier pistachio body souffle, I'm a sucker for a discount (70% off) I thought I'd give it a go.

I'll start with the multi-fix oil, it's a multi-purpose oil claiming to improve the appearance of scars, stretch marks and uneven skin tone and all you have to do is apply to clean skin whenever you feel like it. Pretty simple!
It contains; bio-lipids to hydrate and nourish, safflower oil to soften and replenish and borage oil to condition,  and reduce the appearance of scars and stretch marks. I'm not familiar with those ingredients apart from some distant memory of lipids in biology but it all sounds quite impressive!
I used a cotton pad with some oil on to apply it to my face before going to bed, it's not a dry oil though so it does take a while to sink in. That being said, in the morning my face wasn't left greasy or sticky but instead super soft and looked bright and glowy.
I only have a few scratch scars on my face but my main problem is uneven skin tone in my cheeks and although I can't say it drastically changed the appearance, I do feel it had an effect of sorts. I'm going to continue to use to it and hope to see a difference but I don't expect any miracles. All in all I probably wouldn't buy it again as there's better products out there that do the same job.

NIP + FAB Multi-Fix Oil and Dry Skin Fix body butter in Pistachio Sundae and Coconut Latte
The two body butters are fairly self explanatory and both do a really good job as far as I'm concerned. They're not at all sticky and sink into the skin pretty quickly which is exactly what I like as I'm far too impatient to wait for things to dry. They smell amazing, just as described and good enough to eat. Please don't though... So if you're looking for a new body butter I would absolutely recommend them!

After being pretty pleased with that purchase when I next went back to Debenhams I picked up a NIP + FAB spot fix. I don't get many spots but when I do they can be really persistent/painful and often leave redness for a while as they're on their way out. So again this was about 70% off and came to about £2 something so I thought, why not!

NIP + FAB Spot Fix
The product claims to be a fast acting gel that targets blemishes and helps to quickly reduce the appearance of problem prone skin. First of all it smells so good - minty, fresh and clean. Then when applying it you only need a tiny amount as the gel sort of melts and goes quite a long way and it's quite cooling which may help in reducing the redness. Aside from that I don't see it making much of a difference! Luckily I'm not too bothered given the amount I paid but if I'd purchased it full price I'd definitely feel robbed!

The next NIP + FAB product I got free in a magazine so it's only small, although quite a reasonable freebie size, but I thought I'd include it anyway. I think the magazine offered three different products but I chose the 365 Body Glow Fix as I wanted a new fake tan and thought this would be perfect to test which one I might like to get next!

NIP + FAB 365 Body Glow Fix
The thing about this fake tan that instantly stood out to me was the smell... no biscuit, typical fake tan stink! It smelt so good, really florally (in a pleasant way, not like a grandma) and just generally perfumed nicely.
It's a clear gel tan which you use like a normal fake tan and it drys pretty quickly which I liked. I'm not sure I applied it quite liberally enough the first time I used it as it didn't have much of an effect, however, the second time I used it about 4 hours later I was left with a lovely golden glow and no horrible biscuit smell residue!
I really like this tan and I think I'm going to buy the full size!
